Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention provides a computer-implemented educational analytics system that enables educational institutions to assess and improve their performance in outcome-based education (OBE). The system collects and integrates data from multiple assessment sources, including direct assessments such as examinations, assignments, and laboratory activities, and indirect assessments such as stakeholder feedback, alumni surveys, employer evaluations, and co-curricular activities. The collected data are stored in a centralized database and processed by a weighted fusion engine to generate blended outcome scores and a Master Outcome Index that represents the overall institutional performance. The system further creates a digital twin for each student, representing academic performance, skills, and professional development, to support predictive analytics and forecast future attainment. In addition, the system classifies students into predefined risk categories and generates early-warning notifications to facilitate timely interventions. A multi-framework accreditation translation engine automatically maps institutional outcome data to the requirements of multiple accreditation and ranking frameworks, generating standardized reports, compliance indicators, and performance insights. The invention provides educational institutions with a unified platform for continuous performance monitoring, data-driven decision-making, and efficient accreditation and quality assurance.
