The present disclosure provides a computer-implemented resource allocation and workload optimization system and method for automated employee workload management, task allocation, performance evaluation, overtime determination, and payroll computation within an integrated computing environment. The disclosed system overcomes limitations of conventional human resource management systems by providing a unified processor-executed architecture that dynamically validates employee workload capacity, monitors task execution, computes objective performance metrics, and generates performance-linked payroll information.
