Abstract: COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR QUANTIFYING AND OPTIMIZING THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MATURITY ON HUMAN CAPITAL LIFECYCLE METRICS A computer-implemented system and method quantify, track, and optimize the systemic impact of an organization’s digital transformation maturity on human capital metrics. The system ingests disparate data arrays from IT architecture logs, HRIS, and ATS environments. It computes a multi-dimensional Digital Transformation Maturity Index across categories including infrastructure, workflow automation, and digital collaboration. Concurrently, the system maps talent vectors for talent attraction, talent management, and talent retention. A predictive machine learning engine isolates and calculates the impact of digital maturity shifts on talent metrics, outputting data visualizations and automated workflow recommendations to maximize talent retention and accelerate recruitment velocity through strategic technology optimization.
