MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421102712 A) filed by Forbes Marshall Technology Pvt. Ltd. on December 24, 2024, for Condensate Evacuation System And Method Thereof.
Inventors include Vinay Swakul; and Chandan S.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT CONDENSATE EVACUATION SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF The present disclosure relates to a condensate evacuation system (101) comprising an accumulator assembly (50A), a trap assembly (50B), a trapping and pumping mechanism (60), a first internal passage, a second internal passage. The system is configured to automatically operate in a trapping mode, in which condensate flows from the accumulator (51) into the trap shell (56), and a pumping mode, in which motive fluid is admitted into the trap shell (56) to forcibly expel condensate through said trap outlet (59). The system is compact and simple, has a relatively reduced footprint, easier installation, improved capacities and is easy to monitor and maintain. The present disclosure also relates to a method for automatically evacuating condensate using a condensate evacuation system (101). The method of the present disclosure is simple, energy-efficient, cost-effective, improves overall system performance and reduces downtime.
