Abstract: The present invention relates to a condensate trap device 110 and an air purification system 2, in particular for a film stretching machine 1. The condensate trap device 110 comprises at least one movably mounted condensation element 112 and at least one drive unit 114. The drive unit 114 is coupled to the condensation element 112 in such a way as to drive the condensation element. The condensation element 112 is arranged in the condensate trap device 110 so as to be flowed through and/or over by a contaminated airflow (214). The movably mounted condensation ele-ment 112 is set up so that contaminant which is carried by the airflow 214 condenses on the at least one condensation element 112. The condensed contaminant can be at least partially removed from the condensation ele-ment by moving the condensation element 112. [Fig. 1B]
