Abstract: Various example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices, apparatuses and computer readable storage medium for handover delay for conditional handover (CHO) in network energy saving (NES). The method comprises: receiving, from a second apparatus, a L1 signaling indicating a cell serving the first apparatus is to be turned off; determining a handover delay associated with a CHO of the first apparatus based on: a time point of the reception of the L1 signaling; a time point of a reception of a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message associated with the CHO related to NES; and a time point when a condition of CHO related to the NES is met; and complete the CHO within the determined handover delay.
