Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-powered Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed to integrate and automate multiple business operations within a unified platform. The system addresses limitations of existing CRM solutions, including high cost, fragmented workflows, limited customization, and data privacy concerns. The proposed platform comprises a modular architecture that combines multi-source lead acquisition, AI driven lead conversion, real-time communication, human resource management, task tracking, and billing functionalities. The system utilizes external data sources to capture and normalize lead information in real time. An artificial intelligence module, based on large language models, enables autonomous interaction with leads through voice and text, generating context-aware responses and performing real-time transcription. The platform further incorporates real-time messaging and collaboration features, GPS-based attendance tracking, Kanban-based task management, and automated invoice generation with notification capabilities. The system is implemented using a scalable full-stack architecture and supports real-time data synchronization across modules. Additionally, the invention is designed as a self-hosted solution, ensuring complete data ownership, enhanced security, and flexibility. The integrated approach improves operational efficiency, reduces manual effort, and provides a scalable solution for modern organizational needs.
