Abstract: The present application discloses a connector plug and an energy storage connector. The connector plug comprises: a plug body and a cavity arranged at one end of the plug body; a tubular insertion sleeve is arranged in the cavity; the insertion sleeve comprises an insertion part body and a check ring sleeved outside the insertion part body; the insertion part body is provided with a first sleeve having a first outer diameter D1 and a second sleeve having a second outer diameter D2, the first outer diameter D1 being larger than the second outer diameter D2; a sealing groove is formed in the outer wall of the end of the first sleeve close to the second sleeve; a sealing piece is contained in the sealing groove; and the check ring is sleeved outside the second sleeve. By increasing the guide distance of the front end of a sealing piece, the present application effectively solves the problem of damage to the sealing piece when the connector plug is obliquely inserted into a socket, thereby reducing the daily damage risk of the energy storage connector, and finally prolonging the service life of the energy storage connector.
