Abstract: The invention relates to support structures or to components or panel elements having such support structures, which are designed in particular for the modular construction of floating solar modules or generally structures such as buildings, garages, houses, carports, soundproofing walls and BI PV systems. In a composite design, internal natural support structures preferably consisting of a naturally grown round bar such as bamboo are fixed by means of sleeves and preferably formed with a frame and/or provided with additional functional components and solid materials. It is thus functionally possible to produce a stable component or panel element that can be easily upgraded and equipped with functional and, particularly, electronic components, solar cells and solar modules.
