Abstract: A container and a pump assembly thereof. The pump assembly (1) comprises a main housing (10), a built-in member (11), and a pressing rod assembly (12), wherein the pressing rod assembly comprises a pressing rod body (120), an inner sleeve member (121), and a piston member (122); in an assembled state, the movement of the inner sleeve member and the piston member in the axial direction of the pressing rod body is limited, and at the same time, a first matching part (1201) of the pressing rod body is in slidable sealing contact with at least one part of the interior of the main housing. The pump assembly having the configuration is easy to manufacture while being ensured to be easily recycled.
