Abstract: The present invention relates to a context-aware industrial equipment reliability system utilizing multimodal data analytics and machine reasoning. The system comprises a multimodal industrial information acquisition layer, a context extraction and representation engine, an industrial data correlation and fusion framework, a machine reasoning and reliability inference engine, an equipment reliability assessment module, a dynamic context knowledge repository, a failure propagation analysis framework, an intelligent recommendation and maintenance planning module, an adaptive learning and knowledge evolution engine, an operational scenario simulation framework, an asset performance optimization engine, and a reliability visualization and decision intelligence platform. Heterogeneous industrial information obtained from multiple operational sources is integrated and processed to generate contextual representations, evaluate equipment reliability, estimate operational consequences, and determine intelligent maintenance recommendations. The invention provides context-aware reliability intelligence, continuous knowledge evolution, operational scenario simulation, and asset performance optimization, thereby improving equipment reliability, reducing operational disruptions, and enhancing industrial decision-making and maintenance management capabilities.
