The system employs a compound environmental trigger comprising brine-pump acoustic signatures, elevated salinity thresholds, ambient heat conditions, absence of live network connectivity, and familial device proximity to activate a specialized instructional mode. Learning content is pre-encoded into phoneme-and-stroke code packets, enabling ultra-light transmission and dialect-specific rendering through text-to-speech and vector-based animated visuals. Dissemination is achieved via LoRa and Bluetooth Low Energy mesh networking, with solar-powered e-ink interfaces providing glare-resistant instruction under outdoor conditions. Attendance and mastery are inferred through kinship-proxy co-presence and oral-response logs, preserving privacy without reliance on biometrics or GPS. Data is escrowed locally and synchronized opportunistically with roaming edge nodes, thereby facilitating scalable, infrastructure-independent, and privacy-compliant learning continuity in environments otherwise excluded from formal education systems.
