MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641085457 A) filed by Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College on July 13, 2026, for Cooling Management And Gas Detection System Using Ai For Energy Efficient Industrial Operation.
Inventors include Mr. J. Muruganandham; Dr. S. Anbumalar; Dr. P. Jamuna; and Dr. D. Raja.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: COOLING MANAGEMENT AND GAS DETECTION SYSTEM USING Al FOR ENERGY EFFICIENT INDUSTRIAL OPERATION 5 10 15 The titled invention discloses a cooling management and gas detection system using artificial intelligence for energy-efficient industrial operation. The system comprises a controller unit (1), a gas sensor (2), an ambient temperature and humidity sensor (3), a temperature sensor (4), a relay module (5), a buck converter (6), a voltage level shifter (7), a cooling system (8), an exhaust system (9), and a power supply unit (10). The controller unit analyses the acquired sensor data using a Random Forest machine learning model to identify hazardous conditions and automatically controls the cooling system and exhaust system through the relay module. The system further provides real-time monitoring through a frontend dashboard for displaying sensor readings, system status, alerts, and historical operating data. The invention enables intelligent hazard prediction, automatic environmental control, improved industrial safety, predictive maintenance, and energy-efficient industrial operation.
