Abstract: Disclosed is a cooling structure (100) for a modular battery pack of an electric vehicle. The cooling structure (100) comprises a cooling channel plate (200) having a plurality of cooling channels (2100 configured for coolant circulation, one or more flow control profiles (300) disposed within the cooling channels (210) to maintain turbulent flow and enhance heat transfer efficiency. The cooling structure (100) further comprises a top plate (400) fixed over the cooling channel plate (200) to form a sealed cooling chamber, a mounting bracket (500) positioned over the top plate (400) to support a battery module assembly and a plurality of vertical cooling channels (600) positioned on longitudinal sides of the battery module assembly.
