Abstract: The invention discloses two copper-based filler alloy compositions —Aurallium WW-F1-E and Aurallium WW-F2-E — for conventional micro-torch brazing, stone setting, and filigree work on Aurallium 900 gold-substitute jewellery, requiring no laser equipment. WW-F1-E comprises 65.00% copper, 6.50% aluminium, 18.00% zinc, 5.00% tin, 3.00% gallium, 1.00% manganese, 0.80% indium, 0.30% germanium, 0.20% silicon, and 0.20% magnesium by weight. WW-F2-E comprises 68.00% copper, 7.00% aluminium, 15.00% zinc, 4.50% tin, 2.50% gallium, 1.30% magnesium, 0.70% manganese, 0.30% silicon, 0.50% indium, and 0.20% titanium by weight. Both achieve a liquidus of 830°C to 855°C, establishing a 140°C thermal safety margin below the Aurallium 900 parent alloy solidus. A six-stage sequential furnace addition protocol for a 5000-gram production batch, utilising five master alloy types under argon atmosphere, a fourteen-pass wire-drawing schedule, and a four- category gemstone thermal compatibility system are disclosed.
