Abstract: The present invention relates to a CRISPR-Based Portable Diagnostic Device for Rapid Pathogen Detection with Cloud-Linked Data Analytics. The system integrates a biological sample processing unit, CRISPR-based molecular detection module, microfluidic reaction chamber, biosensor array, embedded processing system, wireless communication interface, and cloud analytics platform within a compact portable architecture. The device is configured to identify pathogen-specific nucleic acid sequences from biological samples and generate rapid diagnostic results with high sensitivity and specificity. The detected signals are processed locally and securely transmitted to a cloud-based infrastructure for storage, analysis, visualization, and epidemiological monitoring. The cloud platform supports disease surveillance, outbreak tracking, predictive analytics, remote healthcare access, and decision support functionalities. The invention further enables multiplex pathogen detection, automated reporting, real-time monitoring, and integration with healthcare information systems. The portable configuration allows deployment in clinical, veterinary, agricultural, environmental, and emergency response applications, thereby providing an efficient, scalable, and intelligent solution for modern pathogen detection and public health management.
