Abstract: CropIQ is an integrated intelligent smart farming system addressing the critical gap between agronomic science and ground-level farming practice for over 140 million Indian smallholder farmers. An ESP32 IoT device with pH, moisture and temperature sensors transmits real-time data to a FastAPI cloud backend. A Scikit-learn Random Forest model recommends optimal crops with 99.1% accuracy. A TensorFlow MobileNetV2 CNN detects 38 plant disease classes from smartphone photographs with 96%+ accuracy. A Flutter mobile application with 16 screens supports 10 Indian languages with voice output delivering complete farming guidance covering crop selection, cost estimation, disease detection, yield prediction and market intelligence. CropIQ democratizes precision agriculture making data-driven farming accessible to every Indian farmer regardless of literacy or technical expertise.
