The apparatus comprises a Transmon Qubit Array (200), Coherence Monitoring Unit (300), Coherence Topology Map generator (301), Hardware- Gated Circuit Buffer (302), FPGA-based Gate Reorder Scheduler (502), Commutativity Engine (501), and Dynamical Decoupling Pulse Injection Module (500). The apparatus continuously acquires per-qubit T1 and T2 coherence telemetry through microwave readout electronics and dynamically restructures quantum circuits based on real-time coherence conditions. The system performs adaptive qubit remapping, gate sequence reordering, and coherence-preserving pulse injection within a cryogenic control stack. By integrating physical qubit-state feedback with hardware-level circuit scheduling, the invention enables decoherence-aware quantum execution, improves circuit fidelity, and reduces computational failures in superconducting quantum processors operating at cryogenic temperatures.
