Abstract: In response to the growing need for deeper understanding and practical learning in culinary education, this project presents an innovative Android-based application called Culinary Chemist. The system is designed to combine cooking techniques with food science, allowing users such as culinary students, hotel management learners, chefs, and food enthusiasts to understand the chemical reactions that occur during cooking. The application provides a structured, interactive, and transparent learning platform where users can explore how ingredients react when mixed, heated, cooled, or processed at different temperatures. Culinary Chemist uses Al-driven insights and immersive visual simulations to explain concepts such as caramelization, emulsification, fermentation, protein denaturation, and Maillard reactions in a simple and practical manner. All educational content, experiments, and cooking simulations are curated and verified through an Admin Control Panel to ensure accuracy, food safety, and scientific correctness. Learners can access guided cooking experiments, temperature-based reaction explanations, and ingredient interaction visualizations through a centralized dashboard
