Abstract: A battery cell according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrode assembly in which a first electrode, a second electrode and a separator interposed therebetween are wound around a winding axis such that a core and an outer circumferential surface are defined, the first electrode including an active material part that coated with an active material layer in a winding direction and a first uncoated part that is not coated with the active material layer, and at least a part of the first uncoated part itself being used as an electrode tab; a battery housing for accommodating the electrode assembly through an opening part formed at one side thereof; and a current collector including a tab coupling part, which is coupled to the first uncoated part, and a housing coupling part, which extends from the tab coupling part and is electrically coupled to the inner surface of the battery housing, the housing coupling part having at least one notched part.
