Abstract: ABSTRACT CUSHIONING SUPPORT CONFIGURED FOR PROVIDING OPTIMISED AIR CIRCULATION AND METHOD THEREOF The present invention discloses a cushioning support configured for providing optimised air circulation and a method thereof. The cushioning support (200) comprises one or more cushioning layers and a plurality of perforations (210). The one or more cushioning layers are configured to be stacked in a pre-defined arrangement. The plurality of perforations (210) is configured to: a) maintain a defined air-holding capacity for providing optimised air circulation between each cushioning layer and b) deliver a cooling effect for a user at a time of usage of the cushioning support (200). The plurality of perforations (210) is formed on the one or more cushioning layers through a hydraulic punching operation. The plurality of perforations (210) is oriented on the one or more cushioning layers in orthogonal to a surface of each cushioning layer and a pre- defined angle to the surface of each cushioning layer.
