Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent cybersecurity system for protecting 5G and next-generation wireless networks against evolving cyber threats. The system acquires heterogeneous security data from radio access networks, user equipment, IoT devices, network slices, edge nodes, virtualized network functions, cloud infrastructure, and core network components. The acquired data is normalized and analyzed using behavioral analysis, anomaly detection, machine-learning techniques, security rules, and threat signatures. A threat correlation module identifies relationships between distributed security events, while a contextual risk assessment module determines threat severity based on threat confidence, asset criticality, service importance, historical behavior, and potential impact. A response orchestration module dynamically executes suitable mitigation actions, and a feedback-based adaptive learning module evaluates response effectiveness and updates security parameters. The invention thereby provides a closed-loop mechanism for real-time threat detection, correlation, risk assessment, mitigation, and continuous cybersecurity adaptation.
