Abstract: A damp-proof, fire-proof, water-proof, termite-proof, theft-alarm enabled ultra-slim HK model document box is disclosed. The system comprises a main box (1) for storing documents, closed by a cap (5) with lock (25) and sealed by a rubber belt (15) to prevent moisture ingress. An anti-theft alarm device (12) housed in a fixing chamber (4) includes a mother unit (13), baby unit (12), and alarm buzzer (14), configured to trigger upon unauthorized access. The main box (1) is enclosed by a fireproof cover (17) with zip (18) and zip cap (23), further placed inside an upper box (8) lined with fireproof material (10) and closed by cap (9) coated with fireproof layer (11). Spacer brackets (3, 7, 30) maintain insulation. The assembly is inserted into a protection box (16) with cover (19), slots (22), and heatproof filler (21). This concentric arrangement safeguards documents against damp, fire, water, moisture, termites, rodents and theft.
