Detected inconsistencies are handled by an automatic error-detection module (114), triggering a recursive re-extraction mechanism (115). Validated data is generated as a structured data object (116), processed in parallel using validation nodes (117), and output as a validated spreadsheet output module (118) with embedded confidence and audit metadata (119). The invention provides computational efficiency during document-to-spreadsheet transformation.
