Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium, which relate to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving data, wherein the data comprises C parts, the number of bits in each of the C parts is determined on the basis of the number of bits in at least one piece of downlink control information, and C is a positive integer (410). For a scenario in which a downlink channel supports carrying data information and control information, e.g., a scenario in which downlink data is carried in a downlink control channel for transmission, when a terminal device performs blind detection on the downlink channel (e.g., the downlink control channel), the number of instances of blind detection is directly proportional to the number of information types to be subjected to detection (different information types corresponding to different numbers of bits), and therefore no new number of bits is introduced into the transmitted data by means of determining the number of bits in each part of the downlink data on the basis of the number of bits in the downlink control information, and thus an increase in the number of instances of blind detection can be avoided.
