The invention comprises a floor stand (1) supporting a base pedestal (2) equipped with a USB control port (3) and an AC power input (4). A linear drive motor (5) adjusts the height of an extensible arm vertical (6), while a drive motor articulation (8) controls a swivel hub (9) supporting an LED 10 flood light (7). Configuration of angle, height, brightness, and color is executed solely when a controller is physically attached to the USB control port (3). Upon disconnection, the internal motors engage a rigid holding lock to reject manual physical displacement, and a hand held remote (10) is electronically blocked from altering parameters.
