Abstract: We claim: 1. The system automatically identifies hidden and complex patterns in breast imaging data to support early detection of abnormal tissues. 3. Patient data is classified into different risk categories such as low, medium, and high risk for effective screening prioritization. 4. An explain ability module is integrated into the system to provide transparent and interpretable prediction results. 5. Visual explanation techniques such as heat maps and attention maps are used to highlight important regions influencing the model’s decision. 6. Risk scores generated by the model are used to rank patients and prioritize them for screening based on urgency. 7. High-risk individuals are recommended for immediate or more frequent screening to improve early diagnosis. 8. The model continuously improves its prediction capability by learning from newly added patient data.
