Abstract: DEEP LEARNING-BASED NLP SYSTEM FOR LARGE-SCALE TEXT ANALYTICS IN BIG DATA ENVIRONMENTS The main design of the present invention discloses a Deep Learning-Based NLP System for Large-Scale Text Analytics in Big Data Environments comprising a data ingestion unit, preprocessing unit, NLP processing unit, deep learning analytics engine, insight generation module and distributed computing infrastructure. The system continuously collects textual data from social media, news articles, customer reviews and system logs. The collected data undergoes cleaning, tokenization and normalization before extracting linguistic and contextual features. Deep learning models including LSTM, RNN and transformer architectures with attention mechanisms process the textual information to identify semantic relationships, sentiments, patterns and predictive insights. The generated analytical outputs are displayed through dashboards, reports and alert systems for decision-making purposes. Further, a continuous feedback and retraining mechanism updates the analytical models using newly incoming textual data streams for improving performance and contextual understanding over time within big environments.
