Abstract: Design and fabrication of a lithium-ion based vehicle with integrated accident alarming system ABSTRACT There is a growing demand for fuels like diesel and petrol to power the Automotive and cater to other needs of human Fossil fuels are being depleted because of their excessive use and limited stocks. Further, the use of fossil fuels results in the drastic amount of harmful emission like, SOx, NOx, CO, NO, etc. In metro cities like Delhi, Bangalore level of pollution from vehicles emission, during peak hours is dangerous. Burning of fossil fuels also requires oxygen. which results reduction in the amount of oxygen available for the living beings. These factors are responsible for various problems in human such as headache, stress, reduced performance, etc. To minimize all these problems and to keep our earth free from pollution and human health and fitness, there is an urgent need to explore an alternative resource for fuel-powered vehicles. In order to overcome above-mentioned problems, an attempt has been made to design and fabricate environment-friendly, battery-powered, single passenger Electric kart.
