Abstract: ABSTRACT: The present invention relates to a design thinking-based, artificial intelligence-driven gamified engagement platform for enhancing user participation and experience in virtual and hybrid events. The system comprises a virtual event environment, a user interaction data acquisition unit, a data preprocessing and behavior analysis module, a multi-source engagement fusion unit, analytical modules, an artificial intelligence personalization and anomaly detection module, an engagement assessment engine, a predictive optimization unit, and an intelligent engagement and notification system. User interaction data, including clicks, session duration, navigation behavior, chat activity, and feedback, are continuously collected from participants within the virtual platform. The collected data is processed through a preprocessing module to remove noise and extract meaningful behavioral features. The processed data is integrated using a multi-source fusion mechanism and analyzed using artificial intelligence techniques to identify engagement patterns and detect irregular or low participation behavior. An engagement assessment module evaluates user involvement and generates an engagement score, while a predictive optimization unit forecasts participation trends and recommends improvements. An adaptive gamification module generates rewards such as points, badges, and leaderboards to motivate users. The system enables personalized interaction, continuous engagement monitoring, predictive analytics, and improved user experience in virtual event environments.
