Abstract: The unique chemical structure of the protein target anti-cancer function (PDX1 (Pancreatic and Duodenal Homeobox 1)) is the center of the proposed invention, which leverages Insilico technologies. To forecast, construct, and evaluate the structure, automated insilico techniques were employed. A new molecule (4-[(l,3-dimethyI-2,6-dioxo-l,2,3,6- tetrahydro-7H-purin-7-yl)methyloxy]-3,5,6- trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid) was created by chemical repurposing and computer-aided drug designing (CADD). This new medication was validated using pharmacokinetic metrics like QSAR (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) profiling and ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity). The molecule was exposed to the anti-microbial target, PDX1 (Pancreatic and Duodenal Homeobox 1), after its pharmacological similarity score was successfully predicted. The PDX1 sequence was used in a protein profiling investigation. An automated molecular drug docking method was used to dock the domain area. Our suggested chemical structure may bind in the structural domain areas of PDX1, according to the overall « docking study results.
