In one example, the device (102) may include one or more environmental sensors (108), a communication interface (110), and an operatively coupled controller (112). One or more physiological sensors (116) of a wearable device (104) may obtain physiological data indicative of a physiological state of the vehicle operator. The environmental sensor (108) may obtain environmental data indicative of one or more environmental conditions associated with a vehicle of the vehicle operator. The controller (112) may integrate the physiological data and the environmental data and further determine a fatigue risk state associated with the vehicle operator.
