Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a real-time sensor-based diagnostic device for early detection and monitoring of tooth resorption using intraoral micro-pressure sensing and intelligent data analytics. The system integrates micro-pressure sensors positioned on incisal or occlusal surfaces to capture functional loading responses of traumatized teeth, where pressure variations are converted into electrical signals and transmitted to a centralized platform for continuous analysis. The invention employs an artificial intelligence—driven franiework to interpret dynamic pressure signatures and identify early biomechanical deviations associated with resorptive activity. The system enables longitudinal monitoring of periodontal ligament function and correlates pressure trends with structural changes in root morphology, periodontal ligament space, and alveolar bone levels. Based on these data-driven insights, the system supports early clinical decision-making, including modification or discontinuation of orthodontic forces, initiation of preventive endodontic or restorative intervention, and personalized follow-up scheduling for resorption control. The invention provides a predictive, non-invasive approach for proactive management of tooth resorption before irreversible structural damage occurs.
