Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, advanced functional materials and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, particularly in the development of hybrid nanocomposites for high-performance broadband EMI shielding applications. More specifically, the invention falls within the domain of two- dimensional (2D) materials and conductive polymer composites, involving the synthesis and integration of MXenenanosheets, polyaniline (PANI), and carbon quantum dots (CQDs) to form multifunctional hybrid nanostructures. These materials are engineered to exhibit enhanced electrical conductivity, dielectric polarization, and multiple internal reflection mechanisms for efficient attenuation of electromagnetic radiation across a wide frequency range. The invention is applicable in sectors such as electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, defense systems, and wearable devices, where lightweight, flexible, and highly efficient EMI shielding materials are critically required to protect sensitive components from electromagnetic pollution and signal interference.
