Abstract: The current invention pertains to an environmentally sustainable herbal tea made from avocado peel waste and contained in compostable tea bags. Avocado skins, typically thrown away during the processing and eating of avocados, hold important bioactive substances such as antioxidants, phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and fiber. In the suggested innovation, the avocado skins are gathered, cleaned, dried, and turned into a tea blend appropriate for human use. The formulation can be utilized independently or mixed with natural components like ginger, amla, tulsi, lemon peel, cinnamon, cardamom, or mint to improve taste, scent, and nutritional benefits. The herbal tea is contained in biodegradable tea bags made from plant-derived materials such as banana stem fiber, cellulose fiber, corn fiber, or natural filter paper.
