MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611116333 A) filed by Ciiindion Private Limited on September 29, 2026, for Device And Method For Adaptive Deception And Threat Intelligence Generation.
Inventor includes Chetan Sayajirao Jadhav.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: A hierarchical artificial intelligence (AI)-powered cyber defense and deception device (100) and method (200) for adaptive deception and threat intelligence generation are disclosed. The device (100) includes a server (104) having processing circuitry (124) configured to autonomously generate a unidirectionally coupled, behavior- faithful digital shadow (108) reproducing an externally observable attack surface of a production environment while remaining decoupled from real state and production data. The digital shadow (108) is hierarchically constructed across multi-layer synthetic environments. Incoming interactions are evaluated using an intent-context score to selectively route traffic to the production environment or the digital shadow (108). The system dynamically allocates compute resources based on intent scores to optimize high-value session dwell time against swarm attacks, introduces self-adjusting latency camouflage to match production latency characteristics, and detects shadow divergence. Derived tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and confirmed adversary intelligence (CAI) are exchanged across isolated environments without disclosing production asset data.
