Further, the method [300], implemented by the controller [104], comprises generating a personalized baseline profile of the user by using a trained machine-learning model and the set of data collected over the first-time interval; determining a personalized threshold associated with the user from the personalized baseline profile; identifying a deviation of the set of data collected over the plurality of subsequent periodic time intervals from the personalized threshold; and generating a wellness alert based on the identified deviation, for facilitating wellbeing monitoring of the user.
