Abstract: A device for assisting mobility during rehabilitation from heart stroke, comprising a foldable chair 101, a motorized omnidirectional wheels 103 via extendable support rods 104 to enable precise movement, a vertically oriented hydraulic rod 105 with the chair 101 via a motorized ball and socket joint 106, enabling dynamic tilting and movement of the seat according to need of a patient, a plurality of motorized hinge joint 107 to enables transformation of the seat into a bed, a diagonal hydraulic support 108 to connect backrest of the seat to the platform 102 by employing a universal joint 109, to enable support during position changes by the user, a hand rest 110 with a plurality of sensors to monitor the patient’s physiological conditions, a touch screen display 111 to display patient's medical information on the screen, and an AI camera 117 to detect signs of pain, abnormal movements, or instability.
