Abstract: A device for attracting and trapping flying insects, comprises a housing 101 supported by a plurality of hydraulic rods 102 coupled to a motorized omnidirectional wheel 103 to provide controlled mobility and height adjustment to the housing 101, a curved plate 201 with a plurality of motorized spherical rolling elements 202 to execute climbing operations along a pole, an electromagnetic locking clamp 203 to securely grip and stabilize housing 101 on pole, a pair of telescopic arms 104 coupled to a trapping framework to extend outward from housing 101 to capture insects and retract back into housing 101 to securely collect and store trapped insects, a cartridge 106 storing fermenting yeast and sugar solution with a plurality of motorized iris lids 107 to attract insects, and an insect repellant storage cartridge 109 with a plurality of diffusers 111 configured to traverse across housing 101 and controllably disperse insect repellant.
