The device (100) includes a handle (110), a shaft (120), a first jaw (130), a sleeve (140), a second jaw (150), a resilient member (160), and a cushioning plate (170). The first jaw (130) is coupled to the distal end of the shaft (120) via a sleeve (140). The first jaw (130) includes a plurality of first legs (134). The second jaw (150) includes a plurality of second legs (154). The cushioning plate (170) is disposed adjacent to the second jaw (150) and configured to absorb impact. In the locked state, the plurality of first legs (134) abuts with a corresponding second leg (154). In the unlocked state, the plurality of the first leg (134) moves away with a corresponding second leg (154). Fig. 1A
