Abstract: ABSTRACT Device for Spill Prevention and Dew Collection for Pressure Cookers The present invention relates to a spill prevention and dew collection device (100) for a pressure cooker (108). The device (100) comprises a spill bowl (102) having a bottom aperture (104) and a silicone washer (106) received within the bottom aperture (104). The silicone washer (106) is configured to receive a vent tube (120) of the pressure cooker (108) such that the spill bowl (102) is removably mounted on a cooker lid (112) below a weight valve (122). During pressure cooking, steam condensate, foamed liquid, and food particles released through the vent tube (120) are collected within the spill bowl (102), thereby reducing spillage onto the pressure cooker and the surrounding cooking surface. The device (100) is removable for disposal of the collected contents and cleaning, thereby improving cleanliness and reducing maintenance during pressure cooking. Figures 1 & 5
