Abstract: The present invention discloses a Differential Global Navigation Satellite System (DGNSS)-based far field monitoring (FFM) system (100). The system (100) comprises a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) antenna (102) configured to receive GNSS signals from global navigation satellite systems, a beacon antenna (104) configured to receive and amplify differential correction signals transmitted from remote DGNSS-based base stations and a FFM receiver (106). The FFM receiver (106) comprises a GNSS receiver configured to receives the GNSS signal via the GNSS antenna (102), and a demodulator configured to receive the amplified differential correction signals via the beacon antenna (104) and forwards the correction signals to the processing unit of FFM receiver (106) for further processing of differential correction signals. A FFM computing device (108) in communication with the FFM receiver (106) configured to receive and monitor processed differential correction signals of remote DGNSS - based base stations from a far-field site.
