Abstract: ABSTRACT DIFFERENTIAL MECHANISMS A differential mechanism comprises: a carrier housing operably coupled to a propeller shaft; a first planet gear; a second planet gear engaged with the first planet gear; a first ring gear; and a second ring gear. The first planet gear and the second 5 planet gear are operably coupled to the carrier housing to selectively receive a drive of the propeller shaft through the carrier housing when at least one of the first planet gear and the second planet gear experiences resistance to rotation thereby creating an unequal rotative force between the first planet gear and the second planet gear. The first ring gear and the second ring gear operably coupled to the first and the 10 second planet gear respectively to be driven by the first and the second planet gear. The first and second ring gear is connectable to a first axle shaft and a second axle shaft respectively. Fig
