Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for digital adherence monitoring, predictive therapeutic compliance assessment, and clinical intervention in chronic therapy patients. The system comprises a patient interface module, medication scheduling module, reminder generation module, adherence event acquisition module, communication and synchronization module, cloud data storage module, analytics and compliance scoring module, predictive intelligence module, alert and escalation module, and clinician monitoring module. The system records medication administration events in real time, analyses adherence patterns, predicts non- adherence risk, generates automated alerts, and enables healthcare provider intervention, thereby improving therapeutic compliance, clinical outcomes, and healthcare efficiency.
