Abstract: ABSTRACT DIGITAL BRANDING & CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN INDIAN ONLINE RETAIL INDUSTRY The rapid growth of e-commerce and digital technologies has transformed the retail industry in India. Online retail platforms increasingly rely on digital branding strategies to attract customers, enhance brand visibility, and build long-term customer relationships. Digital branding includes social media marketing, personalized advertising, influencer campaigns, online reviews, customer engagement programs, and brand communication across digital channels. However, maintaining customer loyalty in a highly competitive online marketplace remains a significant challenge. Customers frequently switch between brands due to pricing differences, promotional offers, service quality variations, and changing preferences. Traditional customer relationship management approaches often fail to provide real-time insights into customer behavior and loyalty patterns. This innovation proposes an AI-enabled digital branding and customer loyalty management framework based on Device–Fog–Cloud architecture. The system collects customer interaction data from e-commerce websites, mobile applications, social media platforms, customer reviews, and digital marketing campaigns. The Fog Layer performs real-time customer behavior analysis, sentiment evaluation, engagement tracking, and loyalty score calculation. The Cloud Layer executes advanced machine learning algorithms to predict customer loyalty, analyze brand perception, identify customer churn risks, and generate personalized marketing recommendations. The proposed framework enables businesses to understand customer preferences, improve digital branding effectiveness, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term loyalty. Personalized loyalty programs, targeted promotions, and intelligent engagement strategies are generated automatically based on customer profiles and behavioral patterns. Through continuous monitoring and adaptive learning mechanisms, the system improves customer retention rates and supports sustainable business growth. Overall, this innovation provides an intelligent and scalable solution for digital branding and customer loyalty management in the Indian online retail industry
