Abstract: A computer-implemented system monitors and maps an entrepreneur before and after showing interest in a startup. Anonymous support information and self- assessment data are collected and analysed using machine-learning and natural-language-processing algorithms to detect causes associated with startup failure. Individual recovery indicators are generated using economic, emotional, cultural, and social parameters. A comparative dashboard provides regional and socio-cultural recovery analysis, and a recommendation engine generates personalized counselling and economic interventions based on the recovery information. The platform provides integrated entrepreneur monitoring, failure-cause analysis, recovery mapping, comparative analysis, and intervention recommendation. The system is applicable to entrepreneurs and organizations supporting entrepreneurship, including SHGs, NGOs, startups, manufacturing units, e-commerce enterprises, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
