Abstract: ABSTRACT DIGITAL SILENCE KIT AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING SLEEP QUALITY THROUGH BEHAVIOURAL AND SENSORY MODULATION The present invention discloses a multi-component digital silence kit (100) and a corresponding method (400) for improving sleep quality among habitual users of digital devices. The kit (100) comprises a compartmentalised housing (110) receiving a light-attenuating eye mask (120), a pair of reusable noise-attenuating earplugs (130), a behaviour-linked phone caddy (140) acting as a designated digital cutoff receptacle, an environmental signalling door hanger (150), a plurality of herbal sachets (160) for olfactory relaxation, and an instructional and behavioural guidance pamphlet (170) defining a structured pre-sleep digital silence protocol. The components are integrated such that behavioural disengagement, sensory isolation, environmental signalling, olfactory-limbic relaxation, and cognitive structuring act synergistically upon the user (200), within a single non-electronic, non- pharmacological, low-cost, and self-administrable system, to produce an improved sleep state (300). The invention is particularly suited to students and other persons in shared accommodation. [
