The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: A digital twin-driven predictive maintenance system for industrial smart manufacturing units is disclosed. The system includes a machine instrumentation module (110), sensor fusion gateway (120), edge processing unit (130), digital twin engine (140), synchronization controller (150), predictive analytics module (160), adaptive maintenance scheduler (170), cloud archival server (180), and cybersecurity module (190). Real-time sensor data is synchronized with a digital twin replica to enable low-latency anomaly detection and remaining useful life estimation. Maintenance actions are automatically scheduled based on predictive risk thresholds. The invention reduces downtime, improves operational efficiency, and enhances security in IIoT-enabled manufacturing environments.
