Abstract: The invention provides a reusable dispensing cap assembly with a modular design for fitting on a container or bottle wherein the said assembly is configured to dispense the bottle’s contents without opening the bottle. The dispensing cap assembly has a simple design having only four components. The dispensing cap assembly is removable and can be removed and fitted on another bottle. It will be 10 manufactured to suit different standard bottle sizes (lip or neck sizes) or if required can be customized to suit a particular product. Users can assemble the dispensing cap assembly before use and hence it can be separately provided with any bottle. Dispensing of contents is accurate and consistent, and without exposing the bottle’s contents to the atmosphere
