Abstract: A display panel, a display apparatus and a dimming method. The display panel comprises a front-end system (10), a control unit (20), driving chips (30) and light- emitting units. There are a plurality of light-emitting units, which comprise a first light-emitting unit to an nth light-emitting unit, wherein n1, and each light-emitting unit emits light of different colors. The front-end system (10) is configured to send a panel pulse modulation signal (LED-PWM). The control unit (20) receives the panel pulse modulation signal (LED-PWM), and generates, on the basis of the panel pulse modulation signal (LED-PWM), a first pulse modulation signal (PWM1) to an nth pulse modulation signal (PWMn). A driving chip (30) receives a kth pulse modulation signal, and sends a kth driving signal on the basis of the kth pulse modulation signal to drive a kth light-emitting unit, wherein n=k=1.
